DELIVERY

We do have a 'click + collect' option to pick up from our studio at 88 Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead Point but please wait for a 'ready to collect' email or text from us first before picking up your order.  Items marked 'made to order' are not in stock and have a 1 week lead time.

Our delivery times are generally 1-4 working days from placement of order depending on where we are shipping to.  A confirmation email will be sent once your order is on it's way with a tracking number so you can keep track of your order.  Couriers are currently experiencing a high volume of parcel deliveries so be aware that orders may take a little longer to get to you during Covid-19 Alert Level 2 particularly in Auckland and other major cities.

Sorry, we do not currently ship overseas.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you change your mind or may not like a certain fragrance once you receive it and are happy to arrange a refund or exchange should you wish. You must advise us within 7 days of receiving your order and any fees associated with returning the product will be at the cost of the purchaser.  The item must be received at Kasbah Design in an unused condition with original packaging intact.

All pricing is in $NZ.  Kasbah Luxury Candles reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion without notice.

PRIVACY

Any personal details you provide us including your name, address, phone number and email address will be held by us and only used to complete your order, or send our newsletter if you have agreed for us to do so.  Your information will not be sold or released to anyone outside of Kasbah Luxury Candles.
